Three Dots & a Dash
Flavor profile: quintessential tiki—spicy, lightly sweet, and tropically complex with bright citrus and baking-spice notes.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz rhum agricole
- ½ oz blended aged rum
- ¼ oz falernum
- ¼ oz allspice dram
- ½ oz honey syrup
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Dash Angostura bitters
- Optional: ~1 oz fresh orange juice (house spec)
- Ice
Garnish
- Three maraschino cherries on a pick (the “three dots”)
- 1 dehydrated pineapple piece/wheel (the “dash”)
- Mint sprig (optional)
Instructions
- Add rhum agricole, aged rum, falernum, allspice dram, honey syrup, lime juice, bitters (and orange juice if using) to a shaker with ice. Give a quick stir.
- Flash-blend briefly with a small scoop of ice (or shake hard for 10–12 seconds).
- Pour into a footed pilsner or rocks glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
- Garnish with three cherries on a pick and a dehydrated pineapple piece.
Tips & Variations
- Sweeter vs. drier: adjust honey syrup ±0.25 oz.
- Rum tweak: sub in Jamaican rum for extra funk or blackstrap for molasses richness.
- No blender: shake with crushed ice and dump into the glass.
Recommended Bar Necessities garnish: dehydrated pineapple wheels.
