Chartreuse Swizzle
Flavor profile: vibrant, herbaceous, and citrusy with tropical pineapple and spice. A crushed-ice crowd-pleaser that bridges tiki and botanical cocktails.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz green Chartreuse
- ½ oz falernum
- 1½ oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- Crushed ice
Garnish
- Dehydrated pineapple wheel (Bar Necessities)
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Maraschino or brandied cherry
Instructions
- Fill a Collins glass halfway with crushed ice.
- Add green Chartreuse, falernum, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
- Swizzle (or stir) until frosty and well-chilled.
- Top with more crushed ice to mound.
- Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple wheel, a light dusting of nutmeg, and a cherry.

- Split base: replace ½ oz Chartreuse with ½ oz lightly funky Jamaican rum for extra tropical depth.
